If you haven’t read previous posts, my kiddos can be rather picky eaters. So if I can get them to have a bigger snack, that’s my mom win. We partnered up with Amoretti and tested out their cookie spread. And let me tell you guys, kinda obsessed and I wanna try the rest of the flavours especially the Graham cracker one.
This particular box had Ginger bread, Chocolate Peppermint Cookies and Cream and Pumpkin Spice. Each flavour is so good. My little guy especially loved the ginger bread flavour, he literally ate it by the spoonfuls. And he has his eye on the cookies and cream one next.
The ginger bread one has notes of cloves and cinnamon. The chocolate Peppermint Cookies and cream has a combination of sweet and spicy from the peppermint. And last but not least Pumpkin spice, for all you everything pumpkin lovers, this one has bits of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and of course pumpkin.
We had so much fun having our picnic outside and taste testing all the yummy spreads. I love that this spread is nut free, so it is safe for my kiddos to take to school especially with all the nut allergies going around, it is so awesome to have a yummy spread option for those picky kiddos that love peanut butter so much. Its especially awesome since my little girl is deathly allergic to peanuts, she can still enjoy this tasty snack.
This spread is so versatile. You can have it with crackers or bread like we did. Or the spread can be added to macaroons, whoopee pies, sandwich cookies, rolled cakes, cake layering, etc, the list goes on and on of what you can do with these delicious spreads.
I think what we’ll do next is make yummy cookie sandwiches. I am so excited to test out some yummy treats for the kiddos to enjoy.
Now besides the yummy picnics to be had, this amazing spread would be an awesome gift since it is holiday season. It’d be great for the baker or chef in the family would greatly appreciate such a special gift.
