RECIPE: Fudgy Brownies

Coming at you with theeee most delicious fudgy brownies ever... My middle kiddo ate a whole bunch just by himself. And even better this recipe is super easy to do. My little guy practically did it all by himself.

Trust me when I say this recipe is super easy with a handful of ingredients. The only hard part will be waiting for them to cook so you can eat them.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup butter, melted and cooled

  • 2 cups packed dark brown sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup Dutch-processed or unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 ¼ cups chocolate chips

STEPS FOR COOKING:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray the mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set the pan aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl stir together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.

  3. Sift in flour and cocoa. Add the salt and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread into the mini muffin pan.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes on the middle rack in the oven until the brownies are just set to touch. Remove from oven and let cool.

We hope you give this recipe a try. So yummy and easy to make. P.S. we also made it even fudgier by putting Nutella on top. Trust me soo freakin good with the extra choclateyness on top. All my kiddos thoroughly enjoyed it. We've made it quite a few times already. We'll also have the free recipe PDF print out for this fudgy brownie in our resource library.

P.S. we also have a resource library. We'd love for you to join our little fam bam on here. The resource library has full of free PDF recipe card printouts and so much more.
